The TERRACOTTA armchair is a lounge chair with a low, enveloping seat, covered in a solid terracotta velvet. Its silhouette is distinguished by a backrest of three stacked padded rolls, visible from behind, that extend into curved armrests fused with the seat. Designed for lounges and reading corners, it favours sculptural form over restraint.

Design details. The stacked-roll backrest is a quilted, three-tier structure that creates progressive lumbar support from bottom to top. Integrated armrests flow without a break in the line, the padding continuing from backrest to seat with no visible applied structure. The solid terracotta velvet cover has a matte surface that catches the light and marks lightly to the touch, a sign of dense padding. A wide, low seat sits close to the floor, encouraging a relaxed posture with legs tucked or stretched out, and a concealed compact base means the chair rests without visible legs to work around when cleaning the floor.

Ideal for contemporary lounges, reading corners and professional reception areas after a piece with character. The floor footprint is sizeable, given the width of the rolls and the seat depth, and the velvet needs regular dusting to keep its uniform look.
