The Taupe Royal is a swivel lounge chair upholstered in sage green velvet, instantly recognisable by its tall backrest split into two rounded volumes separated by a fine vertical seam. Designed for lounges, reading corners and reception areas, it pairs a generous seat with a discreet swivel base.
The sculpted two-part backrest creates a visual relief that structures the chair's silhouette, while the deep, rounded velvet seat comfortably supports extended sitting without protruding armrests to restrict access. A black metal base allows full 360-degree rotation and stays hidden beneath the curved seat, making it easy to orient the chair within a room. A matching removable square cushion provides adjustable lumbar support, and the dense, unpatterned velvet catches the light and underlines the chair's curves.
Ideal for: contemporary lounges, hotel rooms and suites, libraries, and executive offices as an accent chair. Worth noting: velvet benefits from regular care with a soft-brush vacuum to keep its uniform finish.
