PUMPKIN

The PUMPKIN is a lounge chair with a continuous moulded structure and no visible base, wrapped in a stretch jersey in orange printed with black polka dots ringed in yellow. Its winged back and wave-shaped seat rest directly on the floor, making it a graphic statement piece for lounges and reception areas after a bold, recognisable object.

The stretch-jersey cover carries a finer dot pattern across the back and a broader one on the seat, giving a graphic finish with no visible added seams. A high-density moulded foam structure with no distinct legs forms a curved base that sits on the floor with an arched opening at the front. The high, side-curved winged back holds the head and shoulders in a deep seated position, while black piping runs along every seam to define the coloured zones and reinforce the cover's edges. A continuous yellow band along the front lip of the seat structures the face of the chair.
