PÉTALE ROYAL

The Pétale Royal stands out with a full covering of hundreds of layered satin fabric petals arranged like scales, in a fuchsia shade with a metallic sheen. Its curved silhouette, with no visible base, makes it a piece of character for design lounges and reception areas.

The petal covering is topstitched to create a three-dimensional relief visible across the whole seat, back and armrests. The fuchsia shade with its metallic sheen lets the light catch each petal and shifts the intensity of the colour with the viewing angle. Wide, solid armrests form an enveloping shell with no cut-out or visible base beneath the seat, while the deep seat and high back give a bergère-type silhouette suited to a semi-reclined position. Each piece is made by hand through the manual layering of petals, so no two are identically patterned.

Ideal for: a design lounge embracing a strong colour statement, a boutique or showroom reception hall, or a reading corner in need of a visual focal point. Worth noting: the relief texture benefits from regular dusting and is not recommended for outdoor or very high-traffic use.
