The Marilyn armchair takes the form of an enveloping shell, lacquered in glossy black on the outside and lined with mustard-yellow velvet inside the backrest. Mounted on a trumpet-style swivel base, it suits lounges and reading corners looking for a graphic, comfortable piece with no visible armrests.

Design details. The glossy black lacquered outer shell offers a smooth, reflective surface that wipes clean with a simple cloth. Inside, the mustard velvet lining creates a bold chromatic contrast and a cocoon-like feel on contact. The central black lacquered swivel base rotates a full 360°, its wide trumpet foot providing both visual and physical stability. A high, wraparound backrest supports the head and shoulders in a closed, shell-like silhouette, while the armless seat maximises perceived width and eases access in tight corners.
