The Galaxy hanging chair features an egg-shaped shell moulded in pink lacquered resin, pierced with an organic, coral-like openwork pattern. Suspended from a circular black tubular metal stand, it suits lounges and conservatories seeking a sculptural piece with maximum visual impact.
Design details. The glossy pink lacquered resin shell, with its coral-inspired cut-outs, lightens the volume visually while remaining fully rigid. The circular black lacquered tubular stand keeps the chair free-standing — no ceiling fixing required. The suspension rod is topped with a gilded brass finial, a metallic accent against the matte black of the frame. Inside, removable cushions in charcoal grey and off-white add comfort to the rigid shell, and the enveloping almond shape — backrest and armrests fused into one — visually cocoons whoever sits in it.
Ideal for design lounges, conservatories, reading corners and professional reception areas after a signature piece. Plan for the circular base's floor footprint of roughly one metre in diameter, with clearance around it.
