The Blue Wave is a designer lounge chair with a low seat and enveloping backrest, shaped as one continuous scroll and covered in sky-blue velvet. Set on a brushed metal cross base, it measures approximately 95 x 85 x 78 cm and asserts a sculptural silhouette conceived as an accent piece for contemporary interiors.
Design details. The single-piece shell curls onto itself so that seat and backrest form one uninterrupted curve, with no joints or visible seams on the upper surface. The solid sky-blue velvet cover is soft to the touch, with a moire sheen that shifts with the light and viewing angle. The central brushed-metal cross base keeps the piece visually light while ensuring stability. The seat hollows at its centre, formed by the fold of the scroll, cradling the body rather than simply supporting it — and the continuity of the form replaces conventional armrests altogether.
