SAPIN

The SAPIN is a low, enveloping armchair covered in a melange pine-green chenille velvet with vertical topstitching on the backrest. With no visible base, it rests directly on the floor and offers a deep cocoon seat, designed for reading corners and contemporary lounges.

Design details. The high, curved backrest forms an enveloping shell that supports the back and shoulders without applied armrests. The textured chenille velvet cover, in a melange khaki/sage green, is soft to the touch with a visibly downy look. Vertical topstitching along the full height of the backrest gives a visible quilted finish that structures the silhouette and avoids a uniformly puffed look. A wide, leg-free base ensures floor stability and a low lounge posture, while the generous seat with rounded edges accommodates a semi-reclined position, legs tucked, or classic sitting.
