Details
The Ovale Royal is a cocoon armchair upholstered in mustard-yellow velvet, recognisable by its enveloping backrest dressed in vertical fan-arranged pleats. Its round, generous form (a seat around 60 cm in diameter) makes it a welcoming piece for lounges and reading corners, with no visible legs.
Design details. The fan-pleated velvet backrest shows vertical seams that structure the curve and create graphic relief. The enveloping oval silhouette rises high on the sides for a cocoon effect and lateral support. A round, padded seat has a plump, cushioned appearance, set apart from the backrest by a clean dividing seam. The confident mustard velvet catches the light and acts as a focal point in a neutral room, while the compact leg-free base lets the chair sit directly on the floor for a clean line.
Ideal for contemporary lounges, reading corners, reception areas and design offices seeking a touch of colour. The velvet calls for regular care (brushing, UV protection) to preserve its look and tone.
