Details
The Green Rabbit is a sculptural chair whose backrest extends into two large pointed ears, evoking a rabbit seen from behind. Its shell is fully covered in a dense-textured green boucle fabric, and it rests on a swivel base with a circular metal disc.
Design details. The curved ear-backrest forms a continuous silhouette with no visible seams, from an apparently one-piece moulded shell. The textured green boucle has a lawn-like appearance, dense enough to conceal everyday marks. A deep, curved scoop seat has raised side edges that act as low armrests. The 360 degree swivel base, a dark metal disc with a central gilded pivot, lets the chair turn freely on the spot, and a small rounded detail beneath the ears, suggesting a rabbit's tail, is the model's signature sculptural touch.
Ideal for design-led lounges, a bold reading corner, showrooms or reception areas after a high-impact statement piece. The height of the ears requires at least 1.50 m of overhead clearance, and the boucle texture calls for regular dusting.
