Details
The GRAPHIC is an occasional chair with an enveloping shell, dressed in pearl-grey velvet and pierced with an oval cut-out at the centre of the backrest. Its solid base panels, covered in the same fabric, draw a sculptural foot with no visible legs. An accent piece for lounges and entrances, with a seat around 45 cm wide.
Design details. The oval openwork in the backrest is the visual signature, lightening the massive shell. The pearl-grey velvet cover shows stitched seams along the edges of the backrest and seat. The solid base, in curved panels upholstered in the same velvet, means no exposed metal or wood. The curved single-shell seat has no separate cushion, keeping a continuous line from backrest to floor, and the compact format suits use as an occasional chair or accent seat, away from a large dining table.
Ideal for a reading corner, an entrance or a lounge alongside an existing sofa. The velvet calls for regular care (soft-brush vacuuming) and is not treated for outdoor use.
