CRAB

The CRAB is a lounge chair with a one-piece shell upholstered in matte burgundy fabric, whose two side panels flare down to the floor to form both the seat and its support, with no visible base. Designed for lounges and design-led reception areas, it stands out with its pointed V-stitched backrest and an organic silhouette inspired by a carapace.

The monobloc shell needs no metal understructure: the two side panels rest directly on the floor and provide full stability. The matte burgundy fabric has a textured surface that limits reflections and conceals the small marks of everyday use. Visible V-shaped seams across the seat and backrest reinforce the assembly and act as the model's aesthetic signature, while the raised, pointed backrest delivers high lumbar support and a silhouette that reads instantly from the front or in profile. The low, wide seat is generous enough for long, relaxed sitting.

Ideal for: design lounges, reading corners, reception areas and showrooms in need of a signature piece. Worth noting: the absence of legs or castors makes the chair less convenient to move than a raised model.
